from today, Saturday, September 4, 2004, you'll be able to preorder the NEW 2005 PAPILLIO styles (the most fashionable BIRKs) from Chrysalide's source of BIRKENSTOCK
like any BIRKENSTOCK retailer (limited to six weeks).
This is due to preorder terms of
BIRKENSTOCK. All preorders with any pair/width of this collections must be made
until October 16, 2004 for delivery dates beginning in December 2004.
After October 16, 2004 there will be only limited availibility - some styles/widths will be manufactured a second time, but other will be discontinued.

It is my experience, that regular width PAPILLIO styles will not be manufactured twice (beside the thong styles). Last season PAPILLIO cut their list as more as anytime before and some styles/sizes were manufactured with the number of preordered pairs only (also narrow ones!).
